It’s recommended to only send vector or high resolution / high quality logo artwork. Preferred format is Adobe Illustrator / EPS / PDF file with all fonts converted to outlines. If vector artwork is not available, please send a hi-res PNG file with transparent background. Please send high quality artwork to get a high quality animation. Sending low resolution, pixelated or blurry logo artwork will result in a lower quality 3D model.

We offer a 100% money back guarantee if you are unhappy with the animation after the first round of revisions. If you aren’t happy with your animation – then you do not pay. Please note, all cancellations due to not being satisfied with the animation will NOT receive the final video file.
Turn Around Time
All 3D logo animations paid for – and with submitted logo artwork – will be turned around within 24 hours Monday through Thursday, excluding any major holidays. 3D logo animations purchased on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be sent out by Monday.
Revision Policy
Included with your purchase is one round of basic revisions. This includes things like: changing the color of certain objects, changing the camera path / speed, altering the background, adding / removing objects. If you require additional revisions beyond the first set, additional rounds of revisions will be billed at $35/hour.
